In a pressure cooker add moong dhal and potato. Add water,pinch of turmeric powder into it and cook for 4 whistles
Grind the coconut and fennel seeds into paste and keep aside
In a large kadai add oil,cinnamon and cloves.
Add onion and garlic. Cook well till onion raw smell goes.
Add green chillies and tomatoes. Saute well.
Now add the dhal mix it well with the onion and tomato. Add water to get gravy consistency. Boil them for 5 mins.
Add coconut paste and mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 3 mins.
Finally add corainder leaves and serve hot.
